Raw materials are selected from high-quality steel plates and square pipe base materials, which are subject to strict physical and chemical inspections before being put into production to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production line from the source; advanced cold bending and rolling technology is adopted in the forming link, and the guardrail plates are processed through multiple processes such as leveling, punching and bending to ensure accurate dimensions and standard radian; hot-dip galvanizing + spray coating double process is adopted in the anti-corrosion link to ensure no missing plating, no bubbles and no peeling on the guardrail surface; "100% inspection + first article inspection" double standards are implemented in the finished product inspection link, testing the thickness, adhesion and mechanical properties of the anti-corrosion layer for each batch of products to ensure that every guardrail leaving the factory meets the standards and quality requirements.
